Triple Figure Eight

 

This loop is similar to the Figure Eight Loop. Climbers use this knot to belay or fasten a line to three anchor points.To start you'll need to fold over the end of the rope, forming a long bight.

To Tie a Triple Figure Eight:

Use the doubled-up rope to start tying a Figure Eight Loop.

Pull through a bight of the doubled line.

Take the loop end and warap it around the top, and then tuck it back down with the other loops.
